CTA Acoustics, Inc. is committed to managing our environmental affairs as an integral part of our business and management system.  In doing so, we will adhere to the following principles:

  • Utilizing a Plan, Do, Check, Act process to identify actiivites and/or conditions that pose a threat to the environment
  • Establishing environmental standards related to our Significant Aspects
  • Internal  communication of our commitment to environmental standards
  • Training of employees on our environmental standards
  • Canvasing employee input on our environmental standards
  • Reducing our Significant Aspects where appropriate
  • Significant Aspects: Zero Landfill, Air, Electricity, Water, Gas, Fire, Combustible Dust
  • Minimizing releases to the air using appropriate equipment
  • Minimizing releases to land or water with appropriate housekeeping practices
  • Utilizing appropriate treatment and disposal of hazardous waste
  • Compliance with specific customer requirements
  • Conducting emergency preparedness procedures
  • Regular measurement of progress with our environmental standards
  • Monitoring compliance with our Air Permit, Waste Water Permit, Storm Water Permit, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan, Hazardous Waste Certificate, Tier 11 and Form R Reporting
  • Continuous review and improvement of our environmental standards
  • External communication of our commitment to environmental standards to vendors and customers through our Environmental Handbook
  • Periodic reporting to our stakeholders of performance to our environmental standards
